You must not share your Account access with any third party. texi66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card) or a current international passport. In some cases, texi66 may also request proof of address, source of funds, or payment method verification.
KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. Documents that are expired, obscured, or appear to have been tampered with will not be accepted. texi66 processes KYC submissions promptly and endeavours to complete standard verifications within one business day.
The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and recreational use only. You may access and use the Service for the purpose of placing bets, playing games, and managing your Account in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities whilst using the Platform:

texi66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies including BTC, USDT, and ETH. All fiat currency transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. texi66 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers to Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically confirmed within 30 minutes, subject to network conditions.
texi66 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified if additional verification is required.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of MYR 20 may be applied to dormant Accounts with a positive balance until the Account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Members will be notified in advance of any such deduction.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by texi66 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means the Member must place bets totalling MYR 1,000 before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
texi66 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers, or any other strategy deemed abusive at texi66's reasonable discretion. texi66 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
Members may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus offer while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses. Members are advised to check their Account status before opting in to any new promotion.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for reviewing the details of any bet — including selection, odds, and stake — prior to confirmation. texi66 will not reverse or amend bets following confirmation except in the circumstances set out below.
texi66 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on events for which incorrect market information was published, whether due to a system error, human error, or any other cause. Where such bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on the Platform. Applicable limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by product, market, event, and membership tier.
In-play betting markets on football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL), UFC, and other live events are subject to suspension or early settlement at any time in accordance with event conditions and texi66's live betting rules. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will be settled based on the outcome of the event.

You may close your texi66 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be settled or forfeited. Remaining cleared funds will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
texi66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; provision of false registration information; and underage gambling. Where an Account is closed due to Member fault, texi66 may withhold Funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, report the matter to relevant authorities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
